On the Curing Rack

I am a bit of an amateur soapmaker, and have been encouraged to share some of the soaps here. I hope you enjoy the pictures. I will add new soaps as they are ready. I am not selling them to the general public yet while I work out some details with insurance, incorporating as a business and other legal stuff. In the meantime, I hope you like the pictures.

Soaps that are ready now:

Buttermilk, sweet potato fragrance free soap. This little guy is full of moisture and is great for sensitive skin.

Apricot  Freesia soap sphere. A full, lovely fragrance in a fun shape.

This Peppermint-Rosemary blend has a bright scent and green clay in it for extra skin goodness.

Cherry blossom soap. This fresh, delightful fragrance is soothing and lovely. The color is a pretty peach shade.

Relaxing. Just like it sounds with a gorgeous vanilla scent and rich brown color.

Buttercream and snickerdoodle, anyone? This fun two-colored soap smells like dessert!

Lava Soap: The fragrance is described "With warming notes of amber, incense, Madagascar vanilla and patchouli, our Dragon' s Blood Fragrance Oil is lightened up with layers of romantic notes such as rose, jasmine and lilac. Finally, our sensual, deep blend is topped off with the colorful, light touches of blood orange and grapefruit." Ooh!

Violet olive oil soap. Super moisturizing with a low lather and beautiful flower smell. Ready August 31st.

Moroccan Mint - an awesome blend of Spearmint, Peppermint and Black Tea. A big favorite with customers. "Like a cup of coffee in the shower, but better" said a customer. Ready September 5th.

Sunflower soap with "fresh linen" scent. A bright, happy fragrance to get your day off to a good start. Has a pretty yellow-white swirl pattern that doesn't photograph well. Ready September 6th.

Sandalwood. This rich, soap has great swirls and a full-bodied fragrance. Ready September 8th.

Chocolate-espresso soap! Smells amazing! Ready September 20th.

Ginger and Lime! Oh my! It smells bright and fresh. The soap swirled on its own, and each slice looks different. Fun! Ready September 17th. (My that was a lot of exclamation points!)

This swirly goodness is scented with black amber and lavender. It smells sultry, if that makes sense. Because of the pouring technique each one will look different. Ready September 17th.

More to come soon! :)
